Description: Get your creative juices flowing, meet fellow writers,
push your writing in new directions, develop a short essay, short
story or first novel chapter —  and have fun with it!
Join us for a series of high-energy, hands-on guided writing sessions…
First we’ll crack open our notebooks and warm up with a quick round of creative leg lifts designed to get your mind limber and ready to jump in. Next we’ll hit the page full-tilt with a focused writing exercise designed to challenge and expand your writing. Finally we’ll cool down with a little discussion and reading…

Guided writing exercises help you:

*Develop and strengthen your writing voice

*Tackle new writing challenges

*Explore new themes, genres and ideas

*Flush out stories and characters

*Silence that pesky creativity-killing inner critic

Fun and good for you and your writing — think of it like yoga without the stretch pants.
