Join us for a series of high-energy, hands-on guided writing sessions…
First we’ll crack open our notebooks and warm up with a quick round of creative leg lifts designed to get your mind limber and ready to jump in. Next we’ll hit the page full-tilt with a focused writing exercise designed to challenge and expand your writing. Finally we’ll cool down with a little discussion and reading…

Instructor Bio: Sabrina Crawford is an award-winning feature writer and arts & culture critic. She has penned well over 1,000 articles and essays as a staff writer for The San Francisco Examiner, longtime A&E critic for The San Francisco Bay Guardian, associate editor of a trio a national music magazines, and writer/researcher at Wired Magazine. She is the author of Newcomer’s Handbook for Moving to And Living in the San Francisco Bay Area and is currently working on her second book. Sabrina holds a Master’s Degree from Columbia Journalism School and has taught numerous classes and workshops in partnership with UC Berkeley, San Francisco State, San Jose State and Cal State East Bay.
